Silentwrath had exited the camp and entered the small forest on the edge of the forest, in order to catch some fresh-kill for the Fresh-kill pile. His paws were hitting the ground in a steady rhythm, and Silentwrath wasn't even sure of where they were taking him. All he knew was that he scented a squirrel, and he was determined to get it.

An orange tom with black stripes sat up in a tree. His ears perked up as he detected a new scent, but relaxed when he identified it as Silentwrath. Shadowstar had come to get some peace and quiet, but he was not about to stay away from his Clan for very long. Right now, of course, it wouldn't do to come jumping down until Silentwrath made a kill.

Silentwrath had spotted it, fixing his eyes upon the squirrel intently. He faintly scented Shadowstar, but leapt forward and snapped at the squirrel's neck, killing it with a swift clamp of his jaws. He stood and flicked his ears, trying to locate Shadowstar's exact position, though the smell of squirrel flooded his senses.

Silverfur padded through the forest, her silvery fur swaying with an almost rhymic beat. Her green eyes flashed with the sunlight sparkling through the forest canopy as they searched for the herbs she needed to restock her inventory. With a twitch of her tail she noticed some burdock nearby; as she approached it she scented two cats. A moment later she was able to identify the scent of Silentwrath and Shadowstar. Relaxing, she noted the burdock root so she could come back for it and turned towards her Clammates direction.

Silentwrath turned and fixed his light blue gaze on Silverfur, dipping his head in greeting. He didn't say anything, merely buried his squirrel and dipped his head in Shadowstar's direction. He flicked his dark tail behind him, the only show that he noticed their presence other than the oh-so-chatty greeting.

Silverfur nodded her greeting in return and searched the bushes for Shadowstar. She spotted him and bowed her head again to him, then turned her gaze back to the hunting Silentwrath.

Silentwrath flicked his ears behind him, a farewell, if you wil, and swiftly turned and sped into the forest- typical behavior for the tom. His paws thudded against the territory as he ran with the swiftness of a cheetah, the strength of a jaguar and the stealth of a leopard. He pounced, killing the rabbit he had been chasing with a swift blow of his light brown paw, his blue eyes glinting in the sunlight.

Nodding in approval, although he didn't need it, she observed his hunting skills. /Fast, strong, and stealthy. That's good qualities for a warrior./ She thought absently. Sometimes she wished she had taken the warrior path, instead of that ofa healer. But her mentor had been kind, and she was talented and walked close to StarClan. Never would she change what she'd decided.

Silentwrath took his prey and passed Silverfur again, beginning dipping his head and beginning to head for camp, ready to relax after all this hunting. His blue eyes shone as his light brown tail wooshed behind him, displaying none of the intentions of the tom. Not that he had any- he was merely traveling to camp, ready to eat the rabbit he had caught, along with the squirrel and two mice. Half of him hoped that the Medicine Cat would accompany him, if only to not be so alone. He didn't /always/ want to be alone. Just most of the time. More evidence of the peculiarity of the tom.

Silverfur quickly doubled back for the burdock root, grabbing some in her jaws. Then she turned back and sprinted to catch up with Silentwrath. "Need any help carrying that?" She asked, gently placing the roots on the ground for a moment to gesture towards his group of fresh kill.

Dropping the squirrel and one mouse, he meowed in his rich and deep voice, "Thanks." He continued his slow and steady pace to the camp, blue eyes shimmering happily in the fading sunlight.

Twitching her silvery tail, the she-cat bent down and gathered the fresh-kill and her burdock in her jaws. Her greenish eyes glittered at the tom before her, heading back to camp. A purr came from her jaws at the thought of home and she bounded after him, setting her pace at his side.

Silentwrath entered camp, dropping the fresh-kill and laying down, tilting his head questioningly at Silverfur. His eyes were beckoning, for loneliness crept up on him again.

Silverfur likewise deposited the freshkill. Then she turned to look at Silentwrath and his pleading eyes. She raised her tail to tell him to wait a moment and then sprinted to her den. Over-looking the shelves on the walls, she quickly placed the herb where it was supposed to go. Then, shaking her fur as if it were covered in water, she turned back to Camp and padded out, going to sit by Silentwrath.

Silentwrath smiled, unknowing of why he wanted company so badly at the moment. He motioned next to him and showed her the rabbit, shrugging his shoulder in question. "You...wanna share?" He asked, clanmate to clanmate, nothing less...nothing more?
